Support

Email support@exersets.com and we reply within one business day.

Something not working, a question about your training log, or content you want dealt with? There is one address for all of it: support@exersets.com. A real person reads it, and we answer within one business day. Reports of abusive or objectionable content are handled first.

Report content or a person

Anything a lifter writes can be reported from inside the app, and you do not need to email us to do it. Tap the ellipsis on a session, a comment, a message, or a lifter’s profile and choose Report. Every report reaches a moderation queue that is reviewed, and we act on the ones that need acting on: content comes down, and accounts that keep at it are suspended.

Blocking is on the same menu and works immediately and in both directions. Someone you block cannot see your sessions, your profile, or your messages, and you cannot see theirs. Blocking also ends any follow between you, in both directions. You can unblock from Settings, under Blocked accounts.

We also filter slurs and sexually explicit content as it is written, so some of it never gets posted at all. That is a net, not a guarantee, which is why reporting matters.

If something is urgent or involves a threat to someone’s safety, email support@exersets.com with URGENT in the subject and we will look at it straight away. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Common questions

My session did not post. It is not lost. Finishing a workout writes it to your phone first and uploads it when there is a connection, so a session logged in a basement sits on your feed marked as waiting and goes up on its own. If it is still there after you have had signal for a while, tap Retry on the card.

My heart rate monitor will not connect. A Bluetooth chest strap needs Bluetooth on and the strap awake, which for most straps means damp contacts and nothing else already paired to it. AirPods Pro 3 and Powerbeats Pro 2 report heart rate only while a workout is running, so start the session first. Nothing shows a reading until the sensor sends one.

Where has my run route gone at the start and finish? That is deliberate. Runs usually begin and end at home, and a completed session is readable by other lifters, so we cut roughly 200 metres from each end of the line before it is stored. The distance you covered is measured from every point and is not affected. A run that never leaves that radius stores no map at all.

My weights are in the wrong units. Settings, then Units. It switches everything at once, including heights and distances, and it changes only how numbers are shown, never what was recorded.

Apple Health is not syncing. Reading and writing are two separate switches in Settings, and both start off. If you granted access and later added something new, iOS may need permission again, which the app will ask for. You can review or withdraw everything in the Health app under Sharing.

How do I delete my account? Settings, then Delete account. It is immediate and permanent: your profile, every session, your photos, routes, heart rate traces and messages all go, and we cannot bring them back. Email us if you would rather we did it for you.

Still stuck

Email support@exersets.com. It helps to say which device you are on, which version of the app, and what you were doing when it went wrong. Screenshots are welcome.
